Five outstanding women were selected as the winners of the Golden Crown Award. As the leaders in their own industry, winners went through four stages of preliminary review, second review, personal interview and final review and finally achieved the awards. The award committee is composed of well-known leaders from various industries, such as business, government, law, and academy, including Weng Guitang, deputy director of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office and director of the Los Angeles Immigrant Center; Wang Tinghuan, head of the economics team of the Economic and Cultural Studies Department; Tian Yihong, national policy advisor of Office of the President, Republic of China; Yu Chiqin, director of Los Angeles World Daily and attorney Du Huili，etc.
The five winners expressed their appreciation to all the judges on the award committee for their strict and fair judgement as well as as their work on reviewing and interviewing every candidates in person. The winners said that the award is a huge encouragement and recognition as it is a hard-won, they feel honored to be awarded.
The Honorary President of Global Federation of Chinese Business Women Shuyin Li said, the five outstanding winners are all role models. This year, Southern California Chapter has managed business affairs diligently and organized various events under the leadership of RuiYing Jiang. She also congratulated the success holding of the award ceremony.
The president of Global Federation of Chinese Business Women Southern California Chapter Ruiying Jiang said, In 2019, they have dedicated in building relationship with Chinese immigrants association and supporting young generation of Taiwanese. And they have achieved great progress in receiving affirmation mainstream society and business world. She expressed her appreciation to all directors, team members and volunteers for their hard work.
