Qing Yang graduated from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy and her Master of Science Degree in Chemical Biology from Peking University in Beijing, her Master of Law Degree in Intellectual Property from Renmin University of China.
Prior to joining the firm, Qing has extensive intellectual property experience working as a patent agent in China, focusing on pharmaceuticals, chemistry and biotechnology. She provides support to the office regarding patent drafting and prosecution, PCT international and national phase, patent and trademark litigation. She has been granted Limited Recognition to practice patent matters before USPTO since March 2020.
Qing is a member of American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA), Los Angeles Intellectual Property Law Association (LAIPLA), All-China Patent Agents Association (ACPAA). She speaks fluent English and Mandarin.
