Ye He (Iris) is an associate attorney of Law & Mediation offices of Elizabeth Yang. She specializes in family law, personal injury, business and civil litigation matters. She is a member of Beverly Hill Bar Association executive committee.

Prior to joining the law firm, Iris worked at a prominent national law firm and focused her practice on complex litigation involving catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, toxic tort and product liability; business Law, including contract drafting, contract disputes; general litigation matters.

Iris received her law degree and a certificate in Business Law from The Ohio State University, where she was the recipient of the Jones Day Law Firm scholarship. Iris externed for Honorable Alan Wilson (Ret.), a judge for the circuit court of Delaware County, Indiana, and former Muncie’s Mayor. She was admitted to the New York State bar in 2011 and the California State bar in 2013.

Outside of the courtroom, Iris is a virtuoso pianist with substantial stage performance experience. Although she was a prize winner of multiple piano competitions, she ultimately chose to pursue degrees in law in lieu of a full-time career in music. She also enjoys being outdoors, scuba diving, running, cycling and kayaking at the beach.

Iris is a native Mandarin and Shanghainese speaker.
